There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity that can be reached on foot. There are more at Cape Harbor, approx. 3-5 minutes away. Travel time - this also applies to the nearest supermarket. The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden. A boat jetty on the canal is a matter of course. There are trips to the Caloosahatschee River, to Pine Island, to the uninhabited dream beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island with their famous collections of shells. Fort Myers Beach also promises variety with its wide range of leisure activities and trendy beach bars and restaurants. The villa has three individually furnished bedrooms, each with a bathroom. A master bedroom with a king-size bed and a particularly spacious bathroom, the second and third rooms also with king-size beds and a bathroom. Of course: Hi Speed Internet and local calls for free, 4 TVs including all major German channels, DVD player with sound system. The villa also includes 4 bicycles and 2 fishing rods, sun loungers, a cool box and parasols for the beach and much more. The villa is fully equipped with dishes, bed linen, towels, beach towels, American fridge, icemaker, washing machine etc. The terrace with heated pool invites you to relax and barbecue in the evening. A luxurious BBQ grill and exclusive garden furniture are available on the terrace. A beautiful, palm tree garden surrounds the villa, which otherwise guarantees the highest level of living comfort for discerning vacationers. The spacious living area, furnished with lots of charm and wit, includes a modern kitchen with bar, a dining room and a cozy living room. From everywhere you have a great view of the outside area with the pool and the canal behind. The new villa is in a prime location south of Cape Coral Parkway, very close to Sands Boulevard and the wide Nevada Canal with a view of the Orduna Canal. There are various restaurants in the immediate vicinity, which can be easily reached on foot or by bike. The starting position for excursions by boat is ideal. The way to the port is short. Property was very clean, plenty of towels, spices for cooking, and outdoor area was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter, son in law and grandson. Pool heater did not work but didn’t hinder our fun. Property manager is having someone inspect. Outdoor furniture is showing some wear but again nothing to dampen our fun! Love this area and will definitely visit Cape Coral again. ##### Kelly D.
