Offering a relaxing costal cottage feel. Located close to Lee Memorial Hospital, Edison Mall, downtown, and tons of shopping and dining. The City Cottage features 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, a living room with a 70 inch TV, a den with an office desk and 50 inch TV, a large private pool with relaxing lighting, a wonderful sunset and city light view. The kitchen features new LG appliances. Pool was delightful. Most of the appliances worked very well. Beds were comfortable. Property very clean. Set of amenities and toiletries were available for guest use.Easily accessible bathroom. Shower was great!Not so Great:Must emphasize - Zac was quick to repair and correct any issues that arose. He responded within the same day, usually within hours.Office TV does not work. Bedroom TVs were difficult to work. Zac was very quick to provide replacement parts to fix the issues.Front door does not latch. Must be kept locked to keep secure. Deadbolt sometimes has difficulty engaging and can take multiple tries to engage and disengage.Living room and kitchen floor wood planks uneven in spots and some nail heads sticking up. Recommend wearing shoes or slippers.Doorknob to front bedroom is broken and needs replacement. Guest became stuck in room when latch and knob jammed. Door had to be forced.Concrete around pool edge is broken and getting worse.Pool ladder in deep end is non functional. Steps in shallow end are fine.Mileage may vary:Location: Right off strip (Strip club at intersection, half a block away.)Road is very busy with a lot of traffic at night.Florida has Ants.
