Owner didn’t heat it and it took several days to warm. Owner lied about hurricane Milton. He knew the hurricane came through but didn’t tell us. The bridge had a 40 minute delay to cross with continued construction. Owner was recently at the property and lied to us that the hurricane was two years ago. Despite the area piers, restaurants and stores being damaged, the owner wouldn’t let us out of the rental early. I’m concerning suing. ##### Shar B. Kerry is extremely accessible and accommodating. The property is tucked back off the beaten path in a residential neighborhood, which makes it very quiet and relaxing. They pool is beautiful, and the home is perfect for a small family like ours - two nice-sized bedrooms and two full baths. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is very well-appointed. The cottage was so clean and homey for our Spring Break. Our daughters enjoyed the master sweet walk in closet, big bathroom, shower, and tv. We loved the big couch and tv in the living room for naps and family time. And the best part was the private screened in swimming pool. It was so clean and very relaxing for all of us. This is an absolutely perfect place to enjoy the Island located on a private road you rarely see a car go by. The owners were there to greet us when we arrived, they have thought of everything just bring your clothes. The house is new and beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need. The pool is wonderful with nice chairs to enjoy the sun. Owners are very easy to work with and respond right away.
