This newly renovated home is convenient to all the local attractions, yet is situated in a quiet secure neighborhood in South West Cape Coral. It is in the coveted Cape Harbour neighborhood and is located South of Cape Coral Parkway, minutes from Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Matlacha, and the beach. You can't get a better location, complete with palm tree lined streets and biking paths. It is on a wide sailboat channel (no bridges), minutes from the Caloosahatchee River, then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. The fishing off of the dock is great, and we provide 2 fishing poles and a tackle box. After a day of fishing or boating, relax in the private heated pool or use the hot tub. If you want to take in the town, Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks. The number one marina, dining, and shopping center (Cape Harbour) is a bike ride away from the home. Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in brand new beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths are brand new as well, and will be stocked for your convenience. There are two living rooms, both complete with brand new sofas and 55" flatscreens. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 person poolside dining area with flat screen TV. The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. After a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub on the lanai. We have a custom bike for the guys and girls cruiser for the ladies. Ride our bikes to the beaches, Cape Harbour, and Publix grocery store. We knew right when we walked in the front door that this would be a place that we would be able to spread out, feel comfortable and call home for a week. We spent a week in this beautiful house. We had everything we needed to relax and have fun. The pool and the hot tub were great. We had bikes to go to the harbour and discover the beautiful houses around, and kayaks to discover them from the canals. We also rented the boat a few days: it was very comfortable and enjoyed the canals and could go to Sanibel. The house is quite near the exit to the sea.The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Their home was very clean and pool, bikes, kayaks, fishing gear and boat was amazing! We added a day for the boat rental which captain Bob didn’t get the memo; so we had the pleasure of meeting Maggie’s husband, Chad and son which was super cool! We got to hear their story on how they ended up in Cape Coral, they really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful! It was really hot (I think they said 2 of the days we stayed were the hottest in 10 years)! We seen dolphins when boating to Sanibel! The food is amazing! Cape Harbour Oyster Bar and grill was my favorite when it came to the oysters and their chicken tenders were amazing too! Maggie was an amazing host, always checking on us making sure we have everything we need. She even offered us a great deal to stay an extra day which we gladly accepted. The boat was a must for fun activities with the kids and fishing for my husband. The property is amazing and the home is very clean. Anything and everything you would need is available. From bikes, kayaks, board games, fully stocked kitchen to hot tub, pool and access to a boat. We truly had our best vacation on this trip. The boat was a highlight. We loved being on the water and smelling the fresh Florida air.
