Condo 123 has been completely renovated from the cinderblock walls inward. Attention to modernization has been a Top Priority to this owner! The condo has all new plumbing, electric, & HVAC! Together with new appliances, luxury floors, kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops, and tile bathrooms. The owner wanted to keep the feeling simple yet luxurious and offer you state of the art amenities; a king-size bed in the primary bedroom with an en-suite featuring dual sinks, walk-in shower and a walk-in closet, 2 twins beds in the guest bedroom with a full bath just next door with another walk-in shower, and a comfortable queen trundle sofa sleeper in the living room! Yes, you read that right, that's means six adults can comfortably stay here. This condo is equipped with washer/dryer combo, spacious living and dining room to relax in. All linens are provided, including beach umbrella, chairs & towels! By now, you can tell this condo is a little Bougie, you can even find a wine fridge in the dining room! You have direct access from each bedroom to the pool deck from the screened bedrooms lanais. The spacious main lanai, also screened and off living room, provides incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy lunch with water views during the day and watch the Florida Sunsets with your favorite cocktail in hand while listening to the waves crash the shores every evening. Condo rates are based on 4 but this condo will sleep up to 6 with addition fees per person, per week. With the condo being on the first floor it allowed making the multiple trips to the beach and pool a breeze!
