An immaculate 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located on a quiet cul-de-sac across the street from the Back Bay. A heated pool and spa, walking distance to the downtown entertainment area as well as several direct access points to the beach scream – Good Times never seemed so GOOD!

​​​​​​​The home presents a great room concept with 10-foot walls and vaulted ceilings creating a sense of grandeur. The living area offers a comfortable seating arrangement around a 70” TV where movies come alive for a family night of fun. The spacious kitchen offers elegance with a central island and seating for 3 plus a separate dining area with additional seating for 6. Whether it's quick snacks, evening appetizers or culinary masterpieces, this kitchen is fully equipped to help to showcase your inner gourmet. The front covered porch flows form the living area and offers a great view of the Back Bay waters. It's a tranquil place to savor a morning coffee as the world awakens or enjoy happy hour beverages as you anticipate sunset.

The three well-appointed bedrooms make rest easy. The master suite offers a king-size bed and the spa-inspired ensuite boasts dual vanities, a walk-in shower with rain head and a free-standing claw tub. The first guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and personal ensuite bathroom with shower. The second guest bedroom also showcases a queen-size bed.

Spending time at the beach has never been easier. Beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and a wagon to get you there are all supplied for added convenience. After a day at the beach, unwind by lounging poolside and immersing yourself in the refreshing waters of the pool and spa as the day draws to an end. Enjoy the provided weber grill for times the evening calls for a savory BBQ and alfresco dining.

Fantastic property great location
Property details were not accurate, at the time of booking the listing showed there was a gym, which was not the case, there was a treadmill that was shown on the website listing, but we were told that the owner would not allow us to use it, had we known this we would have not booked the property, as our daughter wanted it to aid with her recovery. There were numerous maintenance issues that were resolved reasonably quickly, however, the family bathroom shower was broken and it took two weeks to repair the issue.

Great location, nice home
Our visit was for 10 days. Check in was easy. The home is stocked with all basic needs, along with many kitchen appliances. The location is perfect in relation to Times Square, restaurants and the beach. Great balcony and pool area (images make the balcony look tighter/smaller than it actually is), has bay views. The beach is roughly a quarter of a mile walk, not far at all. The home is stocked with beach chairs, towels and wagons to make the walk to the beach more comfortable. We had a small issue with the pool (was 106 degrees in July, someone had left the heater on previous to us) but the management company had maintenance over immediately, and he continued to monitor the situation for a day or so. I mention this to highlight the speedy response of their team. There were 5 in our party but the home sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bed is very comfy as well. All bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size.
