It's a two-bedroom, two-bath sixth floor gulf-front condo with a 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico, and is an easy 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the numerous boutiques, restaurants and night life found at this end of the island, including the new Margaritaville Resort. Guests at this resort have access to their own on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Close proximity to the Matanzas Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. Off street covered and open self parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to ease your arrival. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, linens, towels and private laundry. The pool was resurfaced August 2025\. Entry is via elevator to the sixth floor and into an entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is wood tile flooring throughout. Decor is beachy/nautical. The kitchen has an architectural tray ceiling plus everything necessary to create full course meals, or just toast and coffee in the morning. Only bring the food! There is plenty of quartz counter space with tile backsplash and under-counter lighting, as well as a dual stainless-steel sink with disposal. Appliances include a dishwasher, a 5-burner glass-top range with self-cleaning and convection oven, air fryer, coffee maker, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator with side-by-side refrigerator doors and a pull-out freezer drawer with ice-maker. There is a quartz-top island with three bar stools and more cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and table seating six. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with an L-shaped sofa with pull-out sleeper-sofa on one side and ottoman on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a stunning fireplace, above which is a wall-mounted large flat screen Smart TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in lanai with a bar table with two high-boy bar seats and two stools, as well as a sofa, end table and coffee table. You will be delighted by the expansive views, the peacefulness of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south. The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps and a tall double dresser with wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV above. Sliding glass doors from this bedroom provide access out to the screened in lanai, and the view from this bedroom also offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has a quartz-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, a full wall mirror, a closet behind mirrored doors, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom, bath and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind louvered doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full size beds with night stand and lamp, a book shelf, a tall double dresser with wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV above, and ample closet space. Communication was thorough. Modern and beautiful decor. Right on the beach. How can anyone complain? We were saddened to see so many properties still affected by Hurricane Ian but the island is coming back and we are very thankful to see that. The restaurants were amazing. Loved the lanai for its comfort and warmth in the afternoon (we had some cool days that first week of January). Wonderfully equipped, updated kitchen. Newly remodeled bathrooms. Lanai doors open to a beautiful beach view and calming ocean sounds. Condo was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the vacation equipment rental place as well, as they delivered right to our lanai. Our only hiccup was with the property management company and unable to enter our property on arrival and had no response to our calls initially. This property was the perfect location, quiet end of the island and the actual condo was beautifully decorated and fully equipped for everything we needed. We were able to enjoy 5 amazing days on the beach just walking right out the door and down to the beach entrance. We did not rent a car and never missed it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could ever need. We had four kiddos in our party and they loved the privacy of the small pool and being steps from the ocean. Extra . On top of that we drove 14 hrs away and got there after 4 and bed were not made dirty towels in the floor , crumbs all over floor and table. So had to call . Yes they came right away but we was ready to be out of the car and we had to let them clean . Which they did half way job . Was no point on calling them back to clean tubs . When I just decided to clean it myself. The washer and dry need to be replaced. Washer makes so much noise and dry clothes get stuck on a piece of metal. The view is amazing, tasteful furnished! After all this our trip was nice ! They need to give a heads up on parking before people book, you can’t cancel if so you lose money ! ##### suzyette m.
