Located right in the heart of Fort Myers Beach house is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and 5 min from the grocery store. Sit at the balcony and watch out for manatees or if you\`re really lucky the occasional dolphin making their way up the canal while enjoying the views. Lic # STR 22-0028 As you step into the house you are greeted with a spacious open floor plan living and dining room filled with natural light and high ceilings. Relax into the soft leather chaise lounge and catch up on your favorite TV shows and movies on the big screen wall mounted 65 Inch 4K ROKU TV. Off the lounge is the large chef’s kitchen with sleek granite countertops and state of the art appliances. There is a dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, a stove, oven, microwave and all the dishes and utensils you could need. Take advantage of the complimentary coffee along with a selection of pantry items to get you started. Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining space or head outside onto the balcony and eat alfresco style while overlooking the canal below. Off the main living area you will find the grand master bedroom with a large luxurious king bed with soft hotel quality fitted linen. There is a separate sitting area with a plush loveseat sofa as well as access to the balcony via huge glass sliding doors. The master bath will impress with its granite his and hers vanity, an irresistible soaking tub and an oversize walk-in shower that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day. The second bedroom offers guests plenty of storage with a walk-in closet and dresser. There is a TV which is perfect for a movie night in.Off the bedroom is the lavish ensuite with a large shower and a vanity stocked full of all the essentials. The third bedroom overlooks the canal and also features its own TV as well as a large queen bed and yet another lavishly appointed ensuite with soft fluffy towels for each guest. The living room sectional sofa contains a queen size sleeper bed. Also available is a full size air mattress that is available to you if you have a larger group. Guests also have full use of the washing machine and dryer along with a starter complimentary washing detergent. Make your way downstairs to the sparkling heated pool where you can relax the day away on the sun lounger while you keep a look out for dolphins and other wildlife passing by. Then, take a short walk to the white sandy beaches or try out paddle boarding with two boards provided for guest use. At the end of the day head out to the balcony with a glass or two of wine and watch the canal light up as you relax and unwind with your friends and family while visiting the beautiful Fort Myers Beach. Fort Myers Beach is a picturesque seven-mile-long barrier island bordered by a beautiful wide sloping beach with soft powdery sand. If you love to have fun on the water, then Fort Myers is the place to be with parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding (2 boards provided for guests), fishing charters and dolphin eco tours available just to name a few. There is a great grocery store just a 5-minute drive up the road as well as a small beach shop and a convenient store just a short walk from the house. Fort Myers really has it all and is the perfect destination for your next relaxing getaway! The best way to get around Fort Myers Beach is by car or bike. If you don’t have a car there is public transport close by with the Beach Trolley, the Summerlin Square Park and Ride shuttle, and the Bonita Springs Trolley running seven days a week throughout the day. To fully explore the area, you can also rent a bike, scooter or golf cart for a fun way to get around. You can also use a taxi service on land or on water, or a ride share company like Uber which operates at all times of the day/night. No smoking. It was clean, well kept and in a great location. We throughly enjoyed our spring break week relaxing on the beach which was a short walk away and cruising on the pontoon. We had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, cooler) enjoyed the pool and paddle board as well. The owner was very attentive and communicated with us throughout the week to assure everything was working well. He also offered suggestions on restaurants and navigating the water via boat. We would definitely book this property again. The only complaint we had was the traffic getting into the downtown area in the evening. When I contacted Trent before booking he assured me that his home had weathered Helene well and was clean and ready for habitation. Indeed it was. Everything that Trent could control was done beautifully. The home was very beautiful and clean and strong. Because it is high, it felt very safe. However, Milton developed and just prior to the evacuation orders for all of Ft. Meyer's beach we chose to move out to allow travel time to get over the bridges. I am very glad that we did. Trent was attentive to our safety and has promised to reimburse us for the unused portion of our stay. I would rank this dwelling as 5/5 except for the parts over which Trent had no control. Everything was as described. Ft. Myers Beach is still recovering; but this Waterfront Luxury Home survived well. I suspect it is a concrete home as we barely heard the rain or thunderstorms outside. Florida is know for Mockingbirds at 2a....you can not here them here. It has multiple amazing patios that my Wife, my children, and I were able to spend time outside on all day. The upper patio was divine in the morning with just my Wife and I. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The lower patio and pool was incredible with just the right amount of sun for the sunbathers, shade for the easily sun kissed northerner's like me, and a pool to keep you refreshingly cool. The fishing in the canal it backs up to is just amazing. My boys caught a ton of Mangrove Snappers & Sheepshead, We actually filleted and grilled a few of the Snappers! The home was super clean and all the amenities described were provided. The host is very responsive to any issue that may arise. We WILL be back! The house is spotless and so roomy and modern. We enjoyed the upstairs covered outside patio where we had many of our meals, overlooking the water. The primary bedroom is on a separate level from the other bedrooms, giving lots of space and privacy. The pool area is partially covered so those seeking sun can get it and those seeking shade are also happy. We took advantage of the bikes and also rented the pontoon for a day, which was a blast. Be forewarned about the traffic in Fort Myers Beach...getting off of the island will take 30-45mins, depending on the time of day (we went in winter so I suspect the off-season isn't as bad). ##### Dan W.
