This condo is very roomy, great location , has most things that you need and is clean. However, it hasn’t been updated in quite a while. When we first entered the musty, mildewy smell was really strong. I know it had been closed for a while but even the linens had that odor. We suspect the culprit was mostly the carpet which has been there a while. We stayed for two weeks and it got some better, but every time we came in you could smell it. I think someone with allergies or asthma may have been affected. We loved the deck, and they did have beach chairs and other beach toys. It would have been really great if there was one comfortable deck recliner for relaxing, but there was only hard straight chairs on the deck. We would definitely rent in that building again in a unit that has all tile floors and has been updated. I’m sorry for the negative review but I had to be honest.
