Relax in this corner unit with two separate screened in lanais that offer the perfect space for guests to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while appreciating a water view. New owners have appointed this condo with new appliances and furnishings, and a well equipped kitchen. A short walk will lead you to a private beach access revealing the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This property has free, covered parking, two pools, outdoor grills and shuffleboard courts. Across the street you will find a natural green space setting with walking/biking trails, pickleball, tennis and bocce ball courts in addition to putting/chipping greens. Fishing accessible dockside at slip #6 or at the fishing pier at the end of Bay Beach Lane. Bike and boat rentals available on the island.
