The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room. This house is perfect for a family getaway, equipped with beach chairs and towels for your family to enjoy. Step out on the deck to enjoy the great outdoors, and walk down to the NEW pool area featuring a gas grill and a Tiki hut to relax under after a long day of swimming. Modern laundry appliances and parking are available on premises. While this property is pet-friendly, we do require advanced written approval for pets and an additional $100 pet fee to be paid prior to your arrival. May 26, 2021 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### San Carlos Island Gem Kitchen and bathrooms updated and beautiful; the pool is sweet, great for a dip or a float - was as warm as a hot tub but we were able to adjust the temp so it was cool and refreshing. If you have 6+ people, you definitely need more towels. Also not sure if our towels may have also been used as cleaning towels? We did a lot of laundry, bring your own detergent. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Great option to be allowed to park at the owners place for easy beach access w/o the nightmare of parking at FMB.
