This condo is tastefully decorated and perfect for up to 2 guests. Bathroom has been redone as well as kitchen with new granite countertops and appliances, everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The bedroom has a king size bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Full size washer and dryer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony that overlooks the canal. . Shops are opening up more around this area which is nice. We have stayed at the Santa Maria before (but not in this room) and noticed the hot tub was hotter than in the past, which was nice. The pool area is always nice. It is nice to be so close to the beach. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean - we had a bunch of dirt or maybe bugs around the bed posts, the laina had dirt on the ground and the table was very dirty, there was a picture under the bed that my toe stubbed so I tried to push it further back and it was very dirty under the bed. We were walking around in the place with white socks on and our socks were very dirty in a short amount of time.
