The living room is spacious with a large sectional and a 70in flat screen TV. Wall to wall glass doors between the living and dining area allow for natural light to engulf the spaces. A gorgeous kitchen features dark wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances, including a wine fridge is perfect for creating a delicious meal. An oversized balcony features ceiling fans, large table to dine al fresco, and a grill. Just off the living room is the first primary bedroom that has a king bed, access to the balcony and spacious bathroom. The primary bath includes a garden tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. On the opposite side of the balcony is the second primary bedroom with a king bed, balcony access, and attached bath with walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features two twin beds with the other bedroom features a queen bed plus a twin over twin bunk bed. A full bathroom with tub and shower combo is shared with the two guest bedrooms. Outside is a covered patio with several seating options, ping pong table, dock, and welcoming heated pool. So spacious and the upstairs was perfect for us to sit and visit each day. Very clean! Updated which I love! The master beds are so Comfy but the twins are not. If you have all adults staying this home does not work to put the beds together and sleep. If you have children that stayed in the beds I am sure they would work just fine but not for adults. Totally depends on who you have stay. Location is wonderful We rode our bikes to the beach each day and to Publix and downtown when we wanted to. ##### amy b.
