Located mid-island just across from the beach with a great Gulf view and fabulous 3 story screened enclosed 16' x 32’ heated pool this home does not disappoint. Relaxing is easy in the enormous open floor plan, including the main living area with lots of comfy seating, and a 85" TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen meets all your culinary needs, whether a chef comes to you, or one of you is the "Chef du Jour", large dining table seats 10, breakfast bar seats 8, and a covered terrace that is conducive to great conversation over after dinner cocktails with a spectacular sunset as your backdrop. A large Gas grill is just outside through the kitchen in its own covered portico, and there are stairs leading to the pool from there. Just off the living room you will find a half bath and down a short hallway is the second king bedroom and adjacent queen bedroom each with ensuite baths and a pool view from their own private decks. On the third floor a huge king master bedroom is on the third level boasting a high tray ceiling, elegant ensuite bath with glass enclosed walk-in shower and large multi showerhead, double sinks, 65" TV and a covered terrace with delightful Gulf views. Also on the third level are three more bedrooms each with an attached bathroom. The garage is available to guests and this first level has air hockey and foosball games for evening fun, when you need some shade or for that occasional rainy afternoon, lots of beach gear, a refrigerator and opens directly out to the pool. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
