This mid-island condominium has a great view of the Bay and Gulf of Mexico. This unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The property has your own private balcony, a clubhouse, pool and spa, tennis, and a boat/fishing dock. Close to Publix Grocery Store, local shops and dining. The beach is just a short walk away! \* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Ocean Harbor (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. \* This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit. This property may be available for long-term rentals, if you are interested please inquire. This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. The minimum age to rent is 25\. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. PLEASE INQUIRE IF AVAILABILITY SEEMS RESTRICTED FOR 30 TO 40 DAYS-TIME AHEAD There is a $100 registration fee for guest party to be registered with the Ocean Harbor association, this fee is included at time of booking, and is non-refundable. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
