Master bedroom with new king bed, mattress, 2 night stands, dresser and large closet, guest bedroom has a new queen bed, mattress, 2 nights stands and dresser. The home has flat screen smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Fully equipped kitchen and in house laundry facilities. A screened in lanai off the front of the house to enjoy your morning coffee. Also have 2 bicycles to embark on a leisurely ride throughout the community or enjoy the views on a 15 min ride to the beach. The Lee Tran kiosk is conveniently located at the front of our park as well as having a Walmart right across the road. This home is nestled in Sun Resorts and Residences Fort Myers Beach, formally known as Indian Creek which is located 3 miles from Times Square at Fort Myers Beach. At this time we have an activity room, 2 pools, pickle ball and tennis courts available for your use. There is a monthly newsletter provided to give updates on activities in the park. The park adjoining us - Sun Resorts & Residences, Gateway to Sanibel (formerly Siesta Bay) has a few more operational amenities such as billiards, darts, and a hot tub. We have full access to everything next door. If it's not a beach day you could enjoy fishing charters, dinner cruises, pontoon boat rentals, mini golf, Key West Express and many restaurants for dining pleasure. There are numerous shopping boutiques as well as big name stores, lots of thrift and antique stores for treasure hunting.

On September 28/2022 our home, our park and Fort Myers Beach was devastated by Hurricane Ian. We were determined to rebuild our home and stayed strong throughout the process. The Town of Fort Myers Beach has come together to rebuild and renew the area, attempting to surpass what it was. The pier which was the heart of Times Square is gone but the beautiful sunsets continue. It may not be the Fort Myers Beach you remember but you can still create new memories, one day at a time!!
