This home is only about a 5-minute walk to the bustling Times Square, Lynn Hall Park. This property's proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This vacation destination is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, but other things only a tropical paradise like Estero Island can offer. For the adventurous, jet ski and parasailing rentals are just a short walk away. Should you ever decide to leave your home in paradise, there's always the Key West Express which takes only about four hours on a high-speed boat to Key West, with daily round-trips. This home has many high-end features, including complimentary WiFi, laundry rooms on the second and third levels, an elevator from the ground floor up, one enclosed garage, an outdoor gas grill near the pool, a large bonus room on the ground floor, high-end furnishings and decorations, wood grain tile flooring and area rugs, ceiling fans and architectural tray ceilings throughout and all towels and linens are provided. On arrival, entry is from the garage on the right side into a furnished lower-level foyer where you will find access to the ground-level bonus room out to the pool deck, and then choose to go up to the two upper levels via elevator or stairs. The first level above the ground floor has an open-plan kitchen and living room, wet bar, plus a formal dining area adjacent to the kitchen, one guest bedroom with en suite bath, laundry room with laundry sink, and a half bath. The second level has a furnished central hallway with a wet bar, three more guest bedrooms with baths, and the master bedroom with an en suite bath. The first level above the ground floor has a kitchen that is a chef's delight. There are plenty of cabinets and quartz-top counters, a large pantry an island with a farmhouse-style stainless steel sink, and five high-boy bar chairs on the living area side. All appliances are high-end stainless-steel, including a dishwasher, countertop glass-top range, two built-in self-cleaning and convection ovens with built-in microwave oven drawer under the island, and refrigerator/freezer with freezer drawer below with ice-maker. Everything is provided to prepare full-course meals should you so desire. Just bring the food! Also for your convenience is a Keurig coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen the living room is nicely furnished with two matching sleeper sofas, a coffee table, and two side chairs on an area rug with a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. There are expansive sliding glass doors leading out to an open but covered furnished balcony overlooking the canal, pool, and back bay. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room with a table seating eight and sliding glass doors out to the two open but covered furnished balconies overlooking the canal, pool, and back bay. The guest bedroom on this level has a king-size bed, nightstand, and lamp, a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV, and a balcony looking out over the boulevard with the Gulf of Mexico beyond. The en suite bath has a closet, quartz vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass wall and large rain showerhead. Access to the next level again is via elevator or stairs. At the top of the stairs is the furnished central hallway with a wet bar with sink, cabinets, and under-cabinet lighting. At each end of the hallway are doors providing access to balconies, one overlooking the boulevard and the Gulf, and the other overlooking the canal, pool, and back bay, furnished with a table seating four. As noted there are three guest bedrooms on this level, a second laundry room, and the master bedroom with en suite bath. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen-size bed, nightstand and lamp, corner chair, double dresser with lamp, and a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with a quartz-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a combination tub/shower. This also leads into the next guest bedroom, furnished with a Trundle bed with two full-size mattresses and a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. The last guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstand, lamp, a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with quartz-top vanity with lavatory, commode, and nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass wall. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstand, and lamp, sliding glass doors out to a covered balcony overlooking the canal and back bay, as well as a door leading out to the other deck with the table seating four. There is a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet and the en suite bath has a quartz vanity with dual lavatories, a separate commode room with a pocket door, and a large nicely tiled doorless walk-in shower with glass wall. This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 3 (1 in garage) vehicle. Last but not least is the ground level covered and furnished pool-side lanai. The lanai has a table seating six, plenty of lounge chairs, a gas grill, and a seating group consisting of an L-shaped cushioned sofa with end tables and an ottoman on an area rug. The pool is heated and has a spa that flows over into the pool. This home fit our needs perfectly and was exactly as portrayed on the website. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather or to have some individual quiet time. The outside area by the pool was where much of our time was spent. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, the pool, and the area to lounge! This home was centrally located to the airport and to the ball fields. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and to the restaurants and shops in Fort Myers Beach. Another plus was the quick response when communicating with the Coastal Vacation staff; always helpful! We would most certainly stay here again. ##### Laura F. The views and location were amazing! The beach was just a short walk across the street and the canal behind us provided sightings of dolphins, manatees, and ships. I give maintenance, and stingy supplies 2 stars. This house is beautiful and spacious. Calm decor. Access to the beach is right across the street. Sadly, 5 neighboring houses wiped away from the Sept 2021 hurricane, but for us, that meant privacy and space I have expectations for a house, more so when it is expensive - maintenance and supplies were well below par False advertising - Exterior shots are from pre-hurricane - In the pool area, there is no dining area, no fancy kitchen, no bar. The twin house next door has a dining table, but this one does not. You need to lug your BBQ upstairs - Bonus room on ground floor is empty and unfinished Although the Coastal mgmt is friendly and super responsive, I find it unacceptable that ANY VRBO house - especially one priced this high - has so many maintenance issues. Especially when issues are already known to management 1\. Stovetop didn't work ever. After 1st dinner, they provided 2 hot plates 2\. Living room sofa broken and lopsided 3\. Main level patio sofa leg broken and rocky 4\. Grill hood hung on by 1 threadbare screw - this was fixed 5\. Kitchen faucet in a too-big hole and rocky 6\. Upstairs fridge leaked. Turned off 7\. Circulating pool pump not working Fees! $$ for early check in. $25 if you don't move furniture back Supplies: for a 5 bedroom house, 7 people, 1 week, they give you 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry tabs. 0 condiments. We had problems with the elevator not working twice, but the rental company took care of the problem quickly. I would suggest they update the pictures because the tiki bar by the pool isn't there, and they've added a dock off the back. The property is a very nice new build. The outdoor decks are great to sit and watch the boats go by. The pool and spa were great for our family since that is where we spent most of our time.
