My husband and I stayed for 8 days in November ‘23 and were lacking for nothing. The pool/hot tub combo is very nice, the hot-tub was heated each evening. Plenty of towels and items in the kitchen. This is a shared pool, but there were plenty of chairs around the pool. Gas grille and cornhole too! Walking distance to the beach- 5 minutes is all. Plenty of kitchen items, etc. Location is good and walking distance to night life. Internet TV only with a YouTube account. Living room TV was not logged into account, so that was challenging. Master bed is terrible - center is sunkin deep. We should have paid closer attention to previous reviews regarding the bed. Hot tub is only on from 7PM till 10PM and 2 of the days it was not hot and the other day it was greenish and noninviting. Broken chairs piled in back yard by pool. The property itself needed a little love - there were holes in the walls covered up by electrical plates & tiny ants that had taken over the suite. The property says it comes with a washer but it didn’t work the entire time we were there (5 days) & I went to load the dishwasher for the first time halfway through our stay & that didn’t work either. You are also given ONE roll of toilet paper to get you through your stay no matter how long you’re there & you must buy the rest. I thought this was extremely greedy & really unpractical for guests since you can’t even buy toilet paper rolls that contain less than 5-6 rolls which would ultimately be a wasteful purchase.
