If you are looking for an island getaway spot that will give you and your family more elbow room than most vacation condos and still just a short walk to the beach, then this spacious, sunlight filled, air-conditioned, two-bedroom two-bath condo at the exclusive Hibiscus Pointe waterfront community is the perfect choice. This lovely island vacation home features a huge Screened-In Lania with a water view and open concept floor design that fills the space with sunlight. Hibiscus Pointe 513 is 997 sq. ft. of comfortable accommodations with classic Florida style features, like ceiling fans in all the rooms and out on the Lanai, allowing you to turn off the a/c, open the sliding glass doors, turn on the fans and take in the wonderful cool Gulf breezes. The large living area includes comfy seating, and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment after a day of fun in the sun. Beyond the living area through sliding glass doors is the fantastic screened in lanai with water views of the wide canal full of boats running by on their way out to the Gulf. There you will find comfortable patio furniture to relax and read a book while catching the tropical breezes coming in from the Gulf. Start your morning by enjoying your first cup of coffee on the lanai and plan your day. The fully equipped Kitchen comes with all appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher, and a full complement of cookware, dishes and utensils. There's a breakfast bar with seating for two on one side of the kitchen and a darling breakfast table for two by the window on the opposite side. In the dining area, there's a lovely table for four for sit down dinners.
