John- Aug 2025 The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean! The beds were welcoming after long days at the beach and the appliances worked perfectly. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the 5 of us! The pool was the perfect temperature to feel refreshed after swimming in the gulf in August. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch after the sun was lower in the western sky. I will stay with Angie when we come back! April – June 2025 Angie’s place was exactly as shown. Easy walking to the beach and very clean!! She popped in for a short minute to make sure all was going great. Very friendly!! There was 6 of us staying and all loved her place. Would definitely stay here again!! The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes all the conveniences of home, with counter-height seating and a dining table that comfortably seats six. Important to note that is a spiral staircase is not how you prefer to access the pool area there is an option to enter down your main stairs and around to the side gate. Through that side gate you will also find a propane grill if grilling is your pleasure. And if all of this wasn’t enough to get you dreaming about your next getaway, this property also features a spacious lower-level indoor game and lounge area. Enjoy friendly competition with foosball, darts, ping pong, and a classic ring toss game. There’s also a cozy seating area perfect for relaxing between rounds or waiting on laundry—conveniently located right next to the dual stackable washer and dryers. FMB STR-#R250208 Guest Access: In addition to your private apartment, you have all access to outdoor spaces, including front porch, back lanai with pool as well as side sitting area outside your door. There is laundry available in the garage you're welcome to use. The Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island. Nature preserve just at the end of the road. Beach access and restaurants only steps away. 5 minute walk to Fort Myers Beach access #23 Getting Around: Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily November to April. Lovely master bedroom and bath, as well as the 2nd bedroom. It was nice to find chairs and beach stuff in the downstairs laundry and rec room. The laundry downstairs was excellent, and like new washer and dryers. The proximity to the beach was acceptable, except that there were no public restrooms at the beach, and the beach was filled with beach debris, and a large pipe that you had to climb over to gain access. I would say that the only other negative factor would be the massive amounts of traffic. If you come and go in the evening, expect several hours of traffic time. I doesn’t reflect my rating on this condo in the massive traffic backups, because two of the major bridges close by are both being reconstructed, so it’s in no way any fault of the owners. ##### Cheryl P.
