It’s equipped with a 24V Ultraviolet Air Purifier, ensuring clean and fresh air throughout your stay. Step out of the elevator and you’ll be greeted by the stunning sight of the beautiful, white sand beach, just 30 steps away. Take a rejuvenating walk along the beach, relax under the tiki huts, or enjoy a refreshing drink by the pool. Watch the breathtaking sunsets from the beach or the Lanai. If you’re ready to explore, our condo is conveniently located just a mile walk from shopping, restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of the famous Times Square. Take the trolley to get there. The Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce proudly proclaims our beach as the world’s safest, thanks to its absence of undertow and shallow water. You can even walk the entire 7-mile length of the island on its sandy shores! With warm year-round temperatures, gulf breezes, and award-winning restaurants, this condo offers everything you need for a memorable vacation. Just remember to bring your clothes and groceries!
