The living area has a flat screen smart TV to watch your favorite programs and a comfortable seating to relax in - a recliner and sofa sleeper. Positives: manager was always there to answer questions, check in was smooth, it was enough space for 2 adults. The condo served our purpose. Beach chairs, nice umbrella (not a cheap little one), cooler all provided which was great! Nice and quiet facility. Now for a few negatives: water pressure plus non existent hot water in kitchen sink was a bummer, the non smoking policy was a bit over the top. They had 2 benches to sit at, no covering. Been nice to have sat on lanai and relaxed but I get smoking isn't for everyone. Needs scanner card to get in to door. Or u gotta remember a set of 4 and a set of 7 codes. The condo was clean and the views of the beach and Gulf were incredible. We did have a couple of issues...I was told the beach chairs had been replaced when in fact they were not. They were rusted and unsteady. Therefore we had to buy new (and did not leave them at the condo). The refrigerator was not working correctly. It was cool at best with only a few esential items in it. When I notified the management company via (emergency number) phone and email, I did not get a response for several days. This has been our second stay at Estero Beach and Tennis Club.
