Walkable to the time square location, yet in a quite area. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge bonus. The first morning we opened our shades, we saw dolphins! Only thing missing was an iron. I was uncertain who to contact, but the shower did not drain and the security latch made if very difficult to open and close the door since it was broken. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here! It was even better than the pictures and the view! Very clean and everything you need!
