An open floor plan includes a large great room, a separate dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with bar stools and an island for extra seating. The common space is great for socializing, game playing and connecting with friends and family. This home has been completely renovated and includes brand-new furniture, appliances, and coastal touches throughout. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. There is a queen bed in one guest bedroom and two twin beds in the other guest bedroom, both share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination, perfect for small children. Venturing outdoors, there is a large, covered patio with a screened-in pool. Take in the spectacular sunsets while lounging around the pool. There is also a canal that runs along the backyard and is a perfect spot to view the local wildlife. Come make lasting memories at Seminole Sanctuary. There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! If any unauthorized pet is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog. You must be at least Twenty-Five (25) Years old and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25\. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three (3) years old is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. Pool was nice. Only a couple of complaints- propane tank on grill was empty and I had to buy refill; lots of construction on surrounding properties created noisy environment.
