Welcome to your beach paradise at Caper Beach Club, Unit 1012, where you’ll have an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico from both your main bedroom as well as your screened lanai that expands out from your living room, not to mention the spectacular sunsets! Experience the panoramic view of our private sugar sand beach and our newly restored tropical landscape.  
  
Our Unit 1012 provides a clean and comfortable home away from home decorated in a Florida Beach theme. The unit has 2 full bedrooms (master king, guest twins, pull out sofa, sleeps 5) and 2 full bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry and lanai furnishings. Also featured are completely renovated living and dining room areas as well as brand new California Closets. You’ll find wide screen smart TVs in the living and bedrooms as well as high speed WIFI. We also provide beach towels and chairs to enhance your outdoor experience as you venture out to the pool or beach.  
  
We are located in the desirable mid-island area, within walking distance of the landmark Times Square/downtown area for access to entertainment, restaurants, and other beach activities as well as close access to both the public library and Bay Oaks Recreational area.  
  
As a premier condominium property on Fort Myers Beach, you can also enjoy a number of on property amenities which includes umbrella-shaded cabanas in our private beach area (during season, available for rental), our large, fenced pool area surrounded by our expansive pool deck furnished with loungers and umbrella shaded tables. Our community also offers shared gas grills and picnic table areas available across our sprawling lawns for use by all our guests. We also offer single vehicle parking, a lighted tennis/pickleball court (in coming months) contemporary community lounge connected to our expansive patio area which is available for casual gatherings or can be reserved for private gatherings.  
  
There is an on-site office that provides rental and maintenance assistance, and our friendly and knowledgeable staff are here to assist you to ensure your stay at Caper Beach Club #1012 is a memorable experience, which we hope will be your first of many return visits. We know you will love our unit just as we do!
