Gulf Views \*\*\*Please note that the common areas are still under construction, the pool is open, please call us directly with any questions. Estero Beach & Tennis Club is a one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront corner condo located at the southern end of tropical Estero Island. The resort consists of three towers located on 10 acres with lush tropical vegetation and well-manicured landscaping with a pond and fountain near the entrance. The heated pool is just outside the lobby elevators between buildings A and B, and beach access is just steps away leading to a seven-mile stretch of white sugar sand beach. Resort amenities include four clay tennis courts, BBQ grills, ample parking, luggage carts, and bellman trolleys available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. Convenient on-site laundry facilities are available. At the front of the resort driveway is a Trolley stop where you can go either up or down the entire island. Santini Marina Plaza is directly across the boulevard. Behind that on the bay is Fishtail Marina with its own restaurant, boat charters, rentals and docks. Taking the Trolley north takes you to the busy Times Square area with its myriad of shops, restaurants and night life, including the new Margaritaville Resort. To the south is Lover's Key State Park, a natural Florida environment with natural beaches, tropical foliage and a wide variety of colorful birds. This location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fans and all towels and linens are provided. Estero Beach & Tennis Club unit is accessed via secure lobby then by elevator up to the 12th floor. It is a corner unit with amazing panoramic views of the Gulf of America and the Naples area. There is tile flooring throughout, and décor is beachy/tropical. Entry is into a foyer and then the open plan kitchen, living and dining area, with balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops with tile backsplash and cabinets with all the necessary items to create whatever type of meal desired. Just bring the food! The kitchen features a European style stainless-steel sink with disposal. Appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, a 5-burner glass top range with self-cleaning oven, and an above-the-range built-in microwave oven. The adjacent dining area has a 36” glass-top table for four, which flows into the living area. The living room area has a sleeper sofa, making it comfortable to accommodate 4 people and corner chair next to a credenza with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The King size bed fits perfectly in the bedroom. Off the living area are expansive sliding glass doors out to the furnished balcony with its panoramic views that include Naples and the vast Gulf of America from a 12th floor vantage point. The nicely furnished bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a triple dresser with mirror and a corner desk with lamp and stool. Upon waking in the morning, without even moving your head, the view will be the Gulf of America with Naples in the distance. The en suite bathroom has a granite vanity with lavatory, wall mirror and storage space below, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower. There is ample closet space with mirrored doors. Floor to ceiling sliding doors between the bedroom and living area afford privacy should guests be present. \*Coin-operated washers and dryers located on the ground level A stay at Estero Beach & Tennis Club will certainly be a vacation destination to remember. This condo has everything you need right down to iron and ironing board. We had to bring nothing but cloths. However, the information we received listed wrong address, no unit number, or building number. Once we arrived to the correct unit, for locking and leaving the unit, wrong information was provided on how to securely lock the condo. The condo was clean only by surface cleaning. Needs a very deep cleaning. All floors close to base boards need washing. All door mirrors need deep cleaning around all edges top to bottom. This is the renting property managements responsibility. The unit itself has everything available for cooking, beaching, sunsets. The location, pool and outdoor amenities are awesome, ground staff was very friendly. ##### Tammy U.
