I have sent pictures to the property management team today, and explained only some of our concerns with the property managers upon checkout. Unless a team went in there and used bleach or antibacterial cleaners everywhere, I would not recommend anyone stay here. There were only 2 towels that were decent; the wash rags and other towels were ones I would only use as rags in my house. While I admit I am a clean snob, with the after effects of COVID, the expectation is that the place would be much cleaner. Just a quick look at the place, it would seem the unit was clean. Then we got to unpacking and the creepies started. Also, the unit directly above us was having renovations done, and for 5 days straight we had construction noise starting at 8 AM. The first 2 days were jackhammers all day!!! The pool was nice, although in the middle of the week, the County inspector came and closed the hot tub. The short walk to the beach is nice; however, there is very little beach and lots of little shells, no collectors. ##### Penny H. Check-in process went very well because the property manager provides you with all the instructions well beforehand, including condo and city rules. The condo is located across the street from the beach and was very clean and well-kept. The condo has all the amenities needed to feel like you are at home. The condo is located on the south end of the island, which we found to be much more quiet and less crowded than the north end, but is close to restaurants, movie theater, CVS and Publix grocery store. There is a private access to the beach and you are very close to Lovers Key State park and Bonita Beach Dog Park. We were very happy to have a washer and dryer located in the unit so we were able to pack less clothing. While we were on vacation, the area was hit by a tropical storm that became a category 1 hurricane (our first hurricane). The property manager contacted us before the storm hit and was very helpful with any questions we had. They helped us prepare for the storm and made sure we were informed local warnings and the weather alerts. ##### Logan W.
