Walk to Beach and Times Square! 231 Pearl is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home located on one of the most desirable streets on Fort Myers Beach. The home is just a short walk away from Fort Myers Beach's famous Times Square and the beach, plus a variety of attractions and amenities. Our 3-bedroom/ 2-bathroom home is perfect for a family or a few friends looking to getaway. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the items you need to feel at home. Watch the game on the flat screen in the living room or relax by the pool in your private backyard. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. This unit has keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. It needs updating badly. Tile flooring was chipped and grout was nasty. Carpet was old and shampooed too many times. Furniture was too big and bulky. It made it difficult to move around the condo. Bathrooms were old and way too small. Water pressure was non existent in the kitchen and only enough hot water for one person to shower. Ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work. It just leaks water into the bin that catches the cubes. Beds were comfortable and the view from the the patio was awesome. Save your money book a different condo. ##### Jan S.
