This PET-FRIENDLY upper-level two-bedroom unit features King beds plus queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower combo, the other with a walk-in shower, kitchen fully stocked with plateware and amenities, as well as a private patio. Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee from the poolside patio, fish from the dock on the canal, or lay out by the pool (shared among the four units on this beach property. • Upper-level unit on the right side • Shared washer and dryer units on-site • Walking distance to the beach • Short ride to the island's Times Square • Pet friendly! Have a large gathering coming up? This property can be rented as a complex! FOUR units with a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms allowing a max occupancy of 18. We had the complex to ourselves for a few nights which was really nice, it started to fill in toward the weekend and did feel a bit busy. I don't think I would have liked to have been on the first floor with other people staying there. The pool is awesome, well maintained and a great temperature. Being on the canal was nice, however I would have traded it to be on the beach instead seeing as my stepson didn't use it for fishing as much as I thought he would. Getting to the beach is a bit of a hike. You have to go down a block either way to get access and then the beach itself is quite the distance to the water. Construction around the property was expected, but did make it seem less "vacationey". Overall good, but for a short stay would opt to pay more for a spot directly on the sand. ##### Samantha J.
