This PET-FRIENDLY ground-level one-bedroom features a King bed plus twin-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Also has one bathroom with a walk-in shower, kitchen fully stocked with plateware and amenities, as well as a private patio. Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee from the poolside patio, fish from the dock on the canal, or lay out by the pool (shared among the four units on this beach property. • Ground-level unit on the right side • Shared washer and dryer units on-site • Walking distance to the beach • Short ride to the island's Times Square • Pet friendly! Have a large gathering coming up? This property can be rented as a complex! 4 units with a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms allowing a max occupancy of 18. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. Owner was available for assistance on daily basis. The air conditioner and TV were on same frequency, some times TV would turn on automatically. Was not a problem! Funny though!
