Un taxi nous attendait à l'aéroport pour nous mener directement à l'hôtel. Aucun soucis. Les responsables a l'accueil ont été très courtois. La chambre paisible et propre avec serviettes impeccables ainsi que la literie. Petit déjeuner frais et salle propre.

Reasonable price for fort mcmurray, hotel and service was great, way better than the others ive had a chance to go to . Room is nice new and clean. I will definately go back

Late arrival not a problem. Communication prior to arrival was very timely and helpful, as I was alerted to get off the bus at the first stop rather than downtown. Warmest welcome by Front Desk staff. Wonderful hot breakfast and fresh coffee included. People in Fort McMurray are warm and very helpful.

Water started leaking from the ceiling fan in the bathroom, the ceiling in main room had a crack and water was leaking from that also. There was a garbage can outside the room door that was catching the leaking water in the hallway as well. Had a brutal sleep as well
