The Space:  
Nice and friendly neighborhood,   
Off street parking in back alley. which is Convenient for guests with own cars  
Close to bus stop with direct access to major oil sand industries  
Close to Grocery shops and parks  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests will access every part of the basement suite except the main floor.  
There is a 2 car garage parking space in the back alley road  
  
Getting Around:  
2 mins walk to Bus Stops going to CNRL, Shell, Syncrude , Suncor & Highway 63 North & South  
\*3 mins walk to Parks  
  
Other Things to Note:  
We respect the privacy of our guests and would be available upon request.   
SMS, Phone calls, Whatsapp and Booking channel app are very reliable means of communicating with guest.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $250 TO BE COLLECTED FROM GUEST UPON ARRIVAL  
No walking with shoes in the house, this helps to keep our floor in good shape.  
Dishes should be washed after use.

\- No Pets  
\- No parties or events allowed.  
No Shoes allowed on carpet in the apartment. All shoes to be kept in shoe tray by doorway.  
A lot of neighbours work very early, so quiet times must be observed to respect them. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am

#### the facility was clean and tidy.

Extremely difficult check in process. Twice the properties were cancelled in relatively short notice and once i was simply told to go look for another property with less than 5 days to check in. The property manager did manage to make arrangements after some extensive discussions
