Fort Macon State Park, Atlantic Beach : hôtels à proximité

« This is a very nice hotel! My only complaint is that I didn’t plan to stay two nights instead of just one here on our road trip. It’s modern, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Luxury at an affordable price. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We always try to stay at hotels that offer a breakfast and the fare is usually pretty good. But this was a cut above, fresh fruit with yogurt honey or strawberry topping, freshly made French toast, a well seasoned frittata to mention a few....

« We stayed in room 7. The AC is plugged into a converter which gets so hot, it trips. So the AC turns off, the the converter turns back on so the AC turns back on and makes a beep. That goes on every 10 mins or so u til the converter completely overheats and shuts everything down for an undetermined amount of time. After leaving the AC on all day while we were gone, we came back to a room that was hotter than the outside temperature and it smelled so bad. At this point it was too late to do...

« The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable. »

« This hotel is really a motel. The photos and description did not begin to compare to the actual property. There were stains on both bedspreads, the bathroom tub/shower toilet were badly stained. The room was so disgusting we checked out 15 minutes after checking in, and decided to find other accommodations, which was difficult. The exterior room entrances were not safe. Do not stay at this property unless you're desperate. »

« Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce motel. La chambre n'était pas très propre, il restait dans la cafetière le filtre avec le café moisi... Le petit déjeuner quasi inexistant, plus de pâte pour les gouffres plus d'eau chaude pour le thé et des fauteuils tellement sales que nous avons déjeuné debout. »

« Hotel is a bit dated, breakfast was below average with very limited healthy options, but biggest issue was the noise. Lots of contractors staying here started leveling from 04:30 and then it was constant banging of doors till 07:00 »
