I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. Just keep in mind that this is not a hotel and we do not provide service between 9 pm-8 am The property is located in the Colee Hammocks neighborhood. We are one block north of Las Olas Boulevard. LOB is a popular thoroughfare in downtown Fort Lauderdale that runs from Andrews Avenue in the Central Business District to A1A and Fort Lauderdale Beach. The boulevard is a popular attraction for locals and visitors, being ideally situated close to Fort Lauderdale beach, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades. It is considered to be South Florida's most architecturally unique, authentic, and eclectic shopping and dining district. The entire unit Perfect for single travelers! Max occupancy is 1 guest, no visitors allowed. Our apartment is uniquely designed. When you enter the Loft you'll immediately notice that you are not in your average cookie-cutter apartment. Designed by Donald Singer, who had come to Fort Lauderdale in 1964 and built this four-unit Colee Hammock apartment building that is still regarded as one of the architectural highlights of the city. Its sleek modern lines and unique placement of a single oak tree in an enclosed courtyard for each unit is a marvel to behold. The living area is very comfortable, clean and it offers a workstation. We have a queen size bed and a small clothing rack. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, and shampoo. We offer a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle. Note: the property does not have a washer and dryer and kitchenette has no stove/oven, and no dishwasher. There is a mini split ac and it can be set between 68-78. Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers) Other things to note: \*\*This is a private room in someone's home with independent access. Excessive noise won't be tolerated. \*\*Max occupancy at all times is 1\. No visitors allowed. \*\*Security cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety. Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. \*\* We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet. \*\*Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management, that may come during your stay. \*\*Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions. In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00. \*Note: The $49 waiver does does not apply to same day bookings or local guests. We recommend that you have a car or use Uber. Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and wavier or the deposit collection. Feels like you’re in a treehouse. Bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light, as it is not black out curtains. The home is located directly behind Las Olas boulevard so walking/driving to grab coffee or a meal was super easy. The unit itself is interestingly shaped - not your typical square room but it added to the charm. Communication was prompt but there was a bit of confusion between texting and in app conversations at check in which resulted in me needing to leave an event in order to move my car during my first night. That aside, there is street parking with a pass and I felt comfortable leaving my car. Friendly note: Wednesday-Sunday street parking gets hectic in the evening due to the location so park early and walk/Uber. There’s an Uber code at checkin. I had an ESA and would have provided documentation but I incurred a pet fee regardless of FL laws which was disheartening. Other than that, for one person, it’s a great place to stay. I was able to extend my stay for a couple of days and Fernando was great to coordinate with. ##### Nikki S.
