And we have stayed in may places in Northamerica and Europe...one wine glass, cheep cutlery and knives that fell apart, cheep toilet paper etc...no welcoming basket or anything. Plus the pool was closed and condemned by Health Authorities, When I spoke to the property contact they said that was on the web site, but i am certain when we booked it wasn't, as we would not have booked it. Also, the outside barbecue was non-functional. they kept saying it would be replaced and never was. This was definitely a third rate operation, that is not worthy of being offere3d by VRBO...you should take it off of your listings. I am going to be much more careful if I EVER use VRBO again.... ##### Roxy M.
