We had excellent communication with management to make everything right and felt well attended to during the process. We had a great time enjoying both pools and the attendants at the pools were awesome!! So close to the beach with access to umbrella and chairs was huge with a little one. short walk to entertainment, restaurants and bars can't be matched. Beds were comfy and the pullout beds/cots were not bad at all. Wish there was a little more privacy outside. Make sure to remember there is a resort fee at the hotel that is not included. Kinda got blindsided by that. The pool at the hotel was great and just had a good vibe.
