It was a perfect choice! The location can't be beat- you can walk to everything and the entire area is fun and inviting. The efficiency was everything we needed. The onlyl negative was the slight musty odor that we believe comes from the wall AC unit. It is very much in need of clearning to remove what appears to be mold. Felt safe in the neighborhood and were able to easily Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Perfect size for 2 people.Downside was the mold in the air conditioner. When I asked about it getting cleaned I was told it was “dust”. As a blue collar Northern Michigan woman, I’m no stranger to mold and happen to know the difference between it and dust.
