The Historic Downtown District’s sidewalk cafes, art galleries, bars, restaurants, and dance clubs are popular among locals and visitors alike, and the miles of picturesque coastline is especially attractive to homebuyers looking to call this slice of paradise in Florida home. It has 3 bedrooms: 1 - En suit bathroom, King size Bed, dresser and large closet with shelves and hangers 2 - Queen size bed, closet with shelves and hangers 3- Queen size bed, closet with shelves and hangers Three full bathrooms, two of which with a shower/tub combo, 3 separate living rooms, dining area, office space, fully stocked kitchen and a bonus GAME ROOM featuring dart board, ping pong table, poker table and lounge area. But that is not all, we have crafted an amazing backyard for you to enjoy what's best in South Florida: The great outdoors! Full lounge area with comfortable furniture, TV, gas grill, mini fridge, bistro lights, and dining area on a and private fenced in backyard. Our guests may use the laundry room free of charge for your convenience, there is free high-speed WiFi throughout the listing and parking can accommodate up to 2 cars in the driveway. The main living room has comfortable furniture and a 75" Smart TV (ROKU- Log in to your favorite streaming apps account, no cable or local channels). The invitingly comfortable sectional couch is large enough to sleep on. In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for cooking. The dining table is set for six. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, coffee station with a Keurig machine, etc. Please keep in mind that since this is a vacation home, the kitchen only basic cookware. We also offer laundered towels, hand towels, face cloths, soap, shampoo. NOTE: Pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Guest access Guest(s) has access to the entire house. Other things to note Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. \*\* We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet. \*\*Max occupancy at all times is 6\. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. \*\*Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. No complaints as far as the space goes. However, I didnt read the listing carefully and was a bit annoyed to receive a request for a bunch of info including all guests names, a picture of my credit card, a selfie with the card, and pictures of my ID. That being said, all that is mentioned in the listing and I suppose its not unreasonable for a property owner to want details on his guests. The only real complaint I have is being required to pay a security deposite outside of the VRBO listing. Not only plenty of room, but a nice game room and great back yard sitting area too. Good location - close to many places & nice walking neighborhood. Also, the management team was very responsive - we had a minor incident, contacted them & they immediately responded. Our group would absolutely stay here again when in the area. ##### Susan D. Extremely clean and freshly rennovated. Very spacious house to relax in. Our favorite part was the covered pergola in the back with TV. Perfect to relax in evening and watch a game. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to restaurants, highways and beach. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Fort Lauderdale. ##### Jason K.
