The location was great as it was steps from the beach. But the smell in the room was kind of rancid. At first, the floors were dirty but when reaching out to the manager, they sent someone out quickly and the lady was very kind. For the money, it wasn’t too bad. It wouldn’t be my first choice if I’m in the area in the future. But if I want to be steps away from the beach, don’t plan on spending much time in the room, and don’t have a bigger budget, I’d consider it. The biggest downfall for us was the fact that there is no on sight parking. We were there on a busy weekend and had to drive around forever waiting for a parking spot on the street to open up. It's great for being close to the beach and entertainment and food options. Did not have much of an outside sitting area except for the community front porch on the front of the building. We stayed in unit 8 and it was very clean except for the floor being a bit grimy near the kitchen area. The bed and pillows were super comfy, bathroom small but nice and had a big shower.
