Enjoy the famed W Hotel services at your fingertips. Full access to hotel amenities, spa, pool, fitness center, priority beach chair services, and so much more! With miles of white sandy beachfront, our property offers an escape from the ordinary, a fairy-tale of your dreams. Best deal on a high-floor northeast-facing private residence at the W Hotel, with marvelous ocean and city views. The space Split plan with 9' floor-to-ceiling windows and \*three\* spacious balconies overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Amazing sunset views. Porcelain wood plank tile in the kitchen and dining areas and ocean-themed carpet in the bedrooms. Enjoy the comforts of a washer-dryer in unit, full-size kitchen, top-line appliances, and soaking tub. The W Hotel resort-style amenities include access to the residence pool, a spa, a fitness center, excellent dining options (Steak 954, El Vez) on premises, and numerous restaurants (S3, Takato, Wild Thyme, Wine Garden) within walking distance. The beach is directly outside, with access to beach chairs and sun umbrellas. The condo is tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is equipped with full size dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, cutlery, cups, and glasses. There is a 4-person dining table that can also be used as a working station, with complimentary Wi-Fi. The living room has a seating couch that can be converted into an extra bed, and a coffee table and flat screen TV. The bedrooms on both sides of the condo have very wide double entrances with sliding doors that can be closed at night for privacy, flat screen TVs , and high end luxury pillows and duvets. They both have king-size beds. Each bedroom has its own separate air conditioning thermostat. One of the bedrooms has a Jacuzzi-style soaking tub. Both bedrooms have private toilet rooms, large walk-in showers with beautiful neutral stone finishes, and hairdryers. The larger bedroom has a stackable washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and safe. There are USB outlets and dimmable headboard lighting in both bedrooms. The property is NON smoking and smoking inside the condo is prohibited. The hotel room service is available for a price. All you have to do is turn on the TV and scan the bar code on the channel advertising the W Hotel. Enjoy the room service food inside the unit or out on the balcony. Guest access The beach is situated directly across the street. As a guest renting our condo, you will have access to the beach umbrellas and chairs. Fees may apply. Independent companies provide water activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, and paddle boarding all year round, subject to weather conditions, for a fee. To explore the nearby attractions in Fort Lauderdale via water, a water taxi is always an option worth considering. Not having a car is not an issue when staying at the W. From low-end to upscale, a multitude of restaurants can be found within walking distance. Additionally, many of these establishments offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, giving guests a wide range of culinary choices. As the sun sets, bars located closer to Las Olas Boulevard offer live music and dancing, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere. Our recommendations will be sent to you once you reserve our home. The property manager was either non- responsive, made false accusations and was unaware that maintenance cannot enter the unit unless someone is present- instead accused us of not letting them in! The unit does not have a closet in one of the bedrooms and the other bedroom closet had the stackable W/D in it and the door did not open all the way. There was a closet in the hallway but was full of cleaning supplies and pool floats! So, if you are staying 6 nights, as we were, don't bring things that need to be hung up!! We were grateful that we ended up booking another hotel down the street for a few additional nights that was amazing and emphasized howthis was not a luxury unit!! bedrooms ##### Jen D. The sliding doors were EXTREMELY difficult to open to get out to the balcony. We finally just gave up on them… one of the shower doors were also falling out of the track all the time and if my husband wouldn’t have caught it, it would have fallen on him.
