(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge) LIVING AREA: \- Formal dining room seats up to 8 \-Oversized couch with a large smart TV. KITCHEN: Gorgeous and fully stocked, this chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave. BEDROOMS: (4) The Lighthouse sleeps 10 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's. \- Pac and Plays and High Chairs on site \- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee. BATHROOMS: (3) All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available. INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout. GUEST ACCESS: \- Large front patio with BBQ, table and chairs and chaise lounges. \- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival. CLEANING: \- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. \- Starter dishwasher pods are provided \- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided. LOGISTICS: \- Check-in: 4:00 PM. \- Check-out: 11:00 AM. \- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing. TV's: All five (5) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE: \- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning. \- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Thursdays in the morning. POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups. GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Monday night and Thursday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. The city of Lighthouse Point removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us. PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates three (3) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn. PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. Our family of 4 adults and 4 children/teens thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse. The property was well maintained and is located in a quiet neighbor. We enjoyed our morning walks down the residential streets. Many afternoons were spent in the backyard pool, and the nights were spent around the pool table or the backyard patio. We had 10 adults stay in the house and comfortably fit in the beds as advertised. The house had a well stocked kitchen (dishes, cups, wine glasses, etc.) and great hang out space. We used the pool table a lot, the house has a sound system to connect to via Bluetooth and the pool was comfortably warm without adding heating. The pre-arrival communication with the property management was a little slow and had me nervous but once we received the check-in information everything went well. At one point, we ran out of towels and they responded quickly and immediately dropped off more. The only thing I'll say is that the bathrooms were not well stocked. We did have to buy extra toilet paper and provide our own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Beyond that, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again! ##### Derek F. We had to buy ketchup, mustard , olive oil and other staples for our 2 week stay. Didn’t use them all. Felt kind of wasteful. Nothing about the home but we felt we had to drive pretty far to reach quality restaurants. No pool toys for the toddler we had with us or for the adults- but we snagged 2 noodles which were about to be garbage before they hit the street. Had some difficulty lighting the bbq, almost gave up. Tv functionality was excellent. Reviewer Comments: We were a family og 8 staying here for a 10 days and We had a great time. House is in good condition, great pool area. Great for a family getaway. One thing that could've been better though is the communication and follow up. Had 2 broken sunbeds and were promised new ones, but they never arrived, and the ice machine in the fridge weren't fixed. But other than that everything was great so can really recommend this property if you're staying in Pompano.
