Enjoy the resort style backyard with private pool, lounge chairs, grill and outdoor dinner table. Inside you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, Roku Smart TV, spacious dining table, central AC, pool towels and much more. Centrally located between the Pompano Beach Pier and downtown Boca/Deerfield Beach you'll enjoy quick access to beach and great restaurants. As your host, I'll be available from 9AM-9PM seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that we are not a hotel. Pompano Beach is located in Florida's Broward County, along the Atlantic Ocean slightly north of Fort Lauderdale. Pompano Beach is considered to be the main city of Miami's metro region, encompassing an area of 24.71 square miles, of which 0.67 square miles is water. Pompano Beach was incorporated as a town in 1908 and as a city in 1947\. It became a city in 1947 due to a population boom from World War 2 when Pompano merged with the beach municipality. Interesting Pompano Beach Facts: The City of Pompano Beach is bordered by several municipalities - Hillsboro Beach, Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Margate, North Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale, and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The climate of Pompano Beach is classified as tropical rainforest. Pompano Beach hosts several festivals and events each year including the Pompano Beach Holiday Boat Parade, St. Coleman's Italian Festival, St. Patrick's Irish Festival, the Pompano Beach Seafood Festival, and the Holiday Yuletide Parade. The Annual Nautical Flea Market is held each year at the Pompano Community Park & Amphitheater. Museums and art galleries located in Pompano Beach include the Pompano Beach Art Gallery, the Meridian Gallery, and the Ely Educational Museum. Pompano Beach has two theaters including Poet Productions and Curtain Call Playhouse. Pompano Beach has two malls for visitors to shop including the Pompano Citi Centre and the Festival Flea Market. Pompano Beach has a 19,000 square foot brewery called the Funky Buddha Brewery. Pompano Beach is considered Segment 18 of the Florida Circumnavigational Saltwater Paddling Trail. This is a trail for paddlers to explore that passes through many regions including the Intracoastal Waterway. Pompano Beach has a casino called the Isle Casino Racing Pompano Park. There are restaurants and poker tables and music and cabaret events. Pompano Beach Amphitheater can hold up to 3,000 people. It hosts concerts all year with some of the biggest names in music. Coconut Creek, a nearby municipality is home to Butterfly World. There are more than 5,000 butterflies to be seen at this attraction. Surfing is allowed at certain areas of Pompano Beach. Other popular water activities include boogie boarding, boat tours, fishing tours, sunbathing, or exploring the nature park of 247 acres. Parks located in Pompano Beach include the Fern Forest Nature Park, Pompano Park, Kester Park, Cresthaven Park, Harbors Edge Park, and Scott Meyers Memorial Park. Famous people that are from or live in Pompano Beach include professional football players such as Tyrone Carter, Henri Crockett, Rashard Robinson, and Zack Crockett. Others include Kelsey Grammer, Kodak Black, Jake 'The Snake' Roberts, and Natalie Vertiz. Other things to note: \*\*Elevate your stay with our exclusive pool heating option for just $20 per day! Please note that you will pay $20 daily for the entire reservation. \*\*Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. \*\* We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet. \*\*Max occupancy at all times is 8\. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. \*\*Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 \*\*Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay. \*\* We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. There’s also a lot of room in the dining room where the bean bags are which could be used for a foosball or some otherentertainment. kitchen was fine. Since the pool is not heated, or at least it was cold most of the time, we never used it. I would not have rented if I known the pool would not heat up specially extra for the pool ##### Charles S.
