This studio bungalow sleeps four guests and is 1 block from Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk, with the ocean views and sea breezes to prove it! This studio bungalow sleeps four, with two queen beds in the main living area and a futon chaise for seating. A 55-inch Sony TV across from the beds lets you watch your favorite shows at night. Looking to get some work done? Settle in at the desk with 2 chairs (free WiFi is also included!). The tiled bathroom has a stand-up shower. While there is not a full kitchen, you do have access to a full-size Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator with built-in ice maker and cold water dispenser, Frigidaire microwave, and Keurig K-cup coffee maker. With a spot this close to the beach, you’ll appreciate the supply you with beach goodies, including beach towels and a Sportbrella or beach umbrella. All other towels and linens are provided, too! You can’t get much closer to the Beach and Broadwalk than this - 1 block from the action. It was half block from the beach, plenty of places to eat. Half the lights in the bungalow were not working but we felt still had enough light and we didn’t want to be bothered. A day before we left we had a problem with bathroom door and were told someone would contact us to go fix it but no one did. The bungalow was spacious and has a coffee machine and big refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. The electrical outlet near kitchen supplies didn't work. It was loose and could be moved back and forth. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was loose and falling off the wall. The door handle on entry had been replaced but with the smaller cheaper handle, it made it look junky. I could go with the "cheap" construction but this was the worst of it. The bathroom needed to be cleaner, the wall beside the toilet needed a wash and there was dirt in the corners on the floor Things we enjoyed - location, beds were comfy and clean. ##### Elyse K. The photos match the unit but it has a lot of wear. Cracked and loose floor tile, minor mold along window seals and bathroom shower corners, drywall holes and patches. No hot water---had to ask to use the shower in a different unit. Stayed four nights and got one shower in. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator and small appliances. Lots of plates and just one bowl. I made requests from two different people and both said they get someone to drop a coupe more off. We ended up using coffee mugs for cereal. Wifi was out the entire time but luckily I didn’t need to work. No utensils were available in the room, or wine glasses, which I would have expected at that price point, but otherwise the location can’t be beat and the beds and space were quite comfortable. ##### Michelle H.
