Luxurious villa (3BR/2BR) on the water with a heated pool (89F). The yard faces west, giving a full afternoon’s sun until dusk and is beautiful illuminated. There are 3 TV's with cable and Netflix, 1 is at the pool area. Several amenities such as: Lounge area,BBQ/grill, ice maker, climate wine cabinet, 8 fans, washer/dryer and WIFI. 5 min away from; Beach, Las Olas Boulevard, Wilton Drive, LA fitness and the Coral Ridge mall, with various shops and a supermarket.

The villa has an exceptionally luxurious appearance with a high level of finish. The new modern classic interior is tasteful and includes every conceivable comfort, ensuring you and your family/friends a wonderful stay.

There are three large flatscreen televisions with Xfinity subscription for a large number of channels. Netflix is also available. These are located in the master bedroom, in the living room and outside for viewing from the comfortable lounge furniture by the pool.

The villa features a well-equipped kitchen for cooking delicious dinners during your stay. A wide range of glassware and plastic items are also included for use by the pool. The refrigerator/freezer comes with an ice-maker.

The bathrooms and laundry are stocked with a lots of towels, including the typically American high-quality beach towels for poolside use. All bathrooms feature rain showers, while the master bedroom also has a comfortable tub with whirlpool function.

The master bedroom has a large king-size bed and flatscreen. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom on the water offers two singles that can be placed together. All bedrooms are stylishly decorated.

>> Extra single beds are prepared for bookings of 7 or 8 people. These folding beds can be placed in one of the bedrooms or in the living room and are easy to move because they have wheels. For extra beds a fee of $50 per bed, per night will be charged.

Hostess Lisa will welcome you at your arrival and will show you around in the house. She is also always available to answer your questions. She will ensure everything runs smoothly, so you will enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Great property and professional owner
Upon arrival we had a slight issue. I contacted the owner and property manager and they handled it with the utmost professionalism. When we checked out of the home my husband forgot his wallet with a large amount of money inside and the property manager actually called me and notified us that he left his wallet. The honesty and professionalism is hands down exceptional.

Perfect for a family
This was perfect for a family of 5. Plenty of space and privacy. The property is in a quiet neighborhood that feels safe. The house had all of the amenities you would need for cooking and cleaning. The outdoor space is beautiful!! Check in and check out was easy. Would definitely stay there again!!

Stayed for 8 nights with 2 grown up children and my husband. Pool was lovely, house was comfortable and welcoming. Could have done with an additional 2 sun beds for the pool. Peaceful getaway
Perfect place for a peaceful getaway. House was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, house fully stocked with supplies for a worry free vacation. Back patio sitting by the pool was perfect from sunrise to sunset. Close to the beaches. We enjoyed lauderdale by the sea and pompano beach. Neighborhood was safe and neighbors were very friendly. Check in process was easy given a code prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again when visiting Fort Lauderdale.

Above and beyond my expectations!
I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. The pool and back yard are stunning and provided the much needed relaxation we were looking for. We absolutely love this property! If we were in a position to make an offer, we would! The owner/host were easy to communicate with and were very helpful when we came in early from a red eye flight! The house is very clean and very well appointed. The pool was perfect and the setting is such a different experience. The canal is so alive with a multitude of different species and each day brings a different experience. If you’re visiting Fort Lauderdale a rental car is a must. But the brewery down the road is good and has a large selection of food and drinks. We hope to return to this house because we all absolutely loved it!

This property was beautiful! Just as listed. Sitting by the pool was a great way to start and end the day. Very serene! Landscape was amazing! Loved watching the geckos, birds and ducks. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Definitely a must stay if you are heading to Ft. Lauderdale!

Overall an ok experience
Overall a nice home however there were a few issues: first there was a lack of decent cookware…the coating on the pots and pans were all peeling off. Second, there were several cockroaches found. Lastly, there was a very large dead…rotting iguana in the bushes to the left of the pool which produced a horrific odor. We were not able to enjoy sitting outside due to the smell.

We loved this house!
A group of us stayed in Florida for work and decided a house was a better option than hotels. We absolutely loved this house! The back covered porch was totally worth it. Weather wasn't great, but we were still able to sit outside in the rain. Lots of great DoorDash options and only minutes from the beaches. We would love to stay again!

Fantastic family vacation experience
Anco and Lisa provided my family with a wonderful house for our family vacation. The home is excellent and the property managers have gone above and beyond to provide all of the amenities to ensure a great vacation. The heated pool was especially helpful, as it was cooler than normal during our stay. The house was actually better than it appears on the listing and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great house with a pool that is close to the beaches.

Great stay
Wonderful home. Amazing pool and water views. House had everything you need for a nice stay. Host was excellent. Great communication before, during and after. My only issue was the lack of cable tv. The weather was bad when we were there forcing us indoors most on the time. It would have been nice to watch some tv. But it’s only a small issue as the house and location were perfect. We’d love to book again when in town.
