Beau petit motel propre à l'arrivée, mais pas de nettoyage quotidien. Nous sommes restés 1 semaine (7 nuitées) et jamais ils n'ont lavé le lavabo de la salle de bain, ni la toilette, ni passer le balai. On a changé nos serviettes 1 fois dans toute la semaine. La femme de ménage a ramassé les déchets chaque jour cependant.Sinon, appartement spacieux et cuisinette équipée avec le minimum. Cafetière sans les filtres, qu'on a dû acheter à l'épicerie.Belle piscine. Tables et chaises pour manger ou prendre le café. Heures d'office réduites. À 5-10 minutes de marche de la plage. Quartier calme et sécuritaire.

Really nice hotel. Well located. Beach is at 5 min walk. Nicest part of the beach, really calm. The only negative thing is the bed. The bed was really old and not confortable at all. Except that, it was a nice stay, the hotel provide umbrella, beach chairs and beach towell. Andres is really nice also :)

En général très satisfait excepté le service offert par la réception.Très souvent fermé et le peu de fois que je m’y suis présenté, j’avais le sentiment de déranger. Très belle piscine,bien entretenue mais non chauffée donc personne se baigne.

Un petit coin tranquille
Un petit hotel à l'ancienne mais très moderne non loin de la plage qui nous offre un grand lit, salon, petite cuisine, piscine, bar bq et chaises de plage. Nous y retournerons volontier à notre prochain séjour. Note: Il n'y a pas quelqu'un en tout temps à l'accueil.

Great little hotel with plenty of space if you book a one-bedroom apartment. It has everything you need - full kitchen, comfortable bed and sleeper bed, balcony, pool. It's also in a great location, close to everything and one block from the beach. The owner and staff have a sense of humor. My son and I stayed there, and we had a good time.

We usual stay at chain hotels but took a chance on this one, well I’m glad we did. Safe easy parking 3 minute walk to the beach the hotel supplies beach chairs umbrellas snd beach towels. Well equipped kitchenette

We were not greeted by anyone on our arrival even though the office said open from 9am to 9 pm, we arrived at 6:15pm. When questioning the parking and whether we needed a parking permit, someone spoke from a speaker outside the office door.The owners did not have the courtesy to greet us, nor welcome us. There was not a soul in sight, their greeting was basically an email with a code for the lockbox containing the room key. This raised concern for safety, no gate, everything was open to street and anyone could walk around. The furniture was old and worn, the air conditioner was very noisy all night. I assumed that checkout was 11 am as in most places. So when I found out before arriving that it was 10 am, I called to request a late checkout. We also had a late flight out checkout day. The owner allowed us to stay til 11:30am. I offered to pay for an extended time but he was not accommodating and I was grateful to have the extension with no cost. But the next morning, housekeeping was already knocking at the door wanting us out at 10 am. He left to come back and right at 11 on the dot, he was back again, stepped into our room to start cleaning with us still in the room. We exited at 11:10. This was extremely frustrating and very annoying, very pushy. This place is not friendly, obviously promising accommodation but with reneging on the promise. I am extremely disappointed with Soleado, would definitely NOT return nor would I ever recommend to anyone.

I was there for eight days. Great location two blocks from the beach. Walking distance to bars and restaurants but not too close. Clean and well-maintained. Bed was comfortable but mattress was sagging a bit on one side. The barbeque needs to be replaced. Other than that, I would definitely recommend and would go back again.

We have really enjoyed this Boutique Hotel! Will definitely stay here again! Loved the area, so close to everything and we felt very safe. We walked to The Galleria and the beach is just a little over a block away! The room/apartment had everything we needed. King size bed was very comfortable and the room with the blackout curtains was nice and dark for sleeping. We had no problem with noise. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance!!

What Ft.Lauderdale was before all of the high rises. This is a wonderful area, walkable to the beach, great food options. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked for a longer day great outdoor area to sit and have a barbecue. The pool was beautiful and clean. Our window latch was broken when we arrived the hotel owners responded within minutes and fixed the issue. A great addition to have access to the beach, chairs, and umbrella, anytime return to Fort Lauderdale. This is where I will be staying.

If you’re thinking about booking a stay at Soleado, do it! We had an excellent stay. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to stay for a week. Housekeeping comes every day and they were really good at replacing the toilet paper, paper towels and soap when it looked like we were running low. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and/or bars within a short walking distance as well. We would definitely stay here again if planning to come back to the area.
