There was nothing good about this. It smelt really bad, bad furniture that was broken down, and there were bugs all over the room. I would've preferred to sleep in my car rental than the hotel

The price was good but you get what you pay for. The carpets were dirty. There were very few towels. I asked for the room to be cleaned and one bed was made and the other was not. I had to call and ask for new clean towels several times and then only got 2 hand towels. One of those towels had frayed edges. I was at this same hotel last year. The quality has decreased significantly since then. UGH. No recommendation. The location is awesome but the hotel is the pits.

I thought based from the pictures this place was great. I was there for 5 days. I had do not disturb for two days I finally got my room cleaned the last night I was there. No wash rags until then my garage was not taken. The tv remote didn’t work until the third day. The elevator scared the crap out of you it sounds like it’s going to fall. I took the stairs the rest of the times. The pool was outside my window. It looked discussing I didn’t even attempt to use it. I saw some kids in it the first few days then on the fourth day it looked like they cleaned it the water actually looked cleaner. I wouldn’t go back there.

I stayed in two separate tooms. No towels were there. No one ever brought any. When I waned to extend I had to check out then check back in. They then sent everyone bites denying the ability to stay due to them having renovations despite my paying for another night. The rooms smell of stale marijuana and the toilette in the second room did not work. The shiwers were rusted and the tv kept shutting off. No one is ever at the front desk and they charge resort feels when motels have better accommodations

It was ok however, we did not like the service when we asked for towels. They had towels for one person at check in and the next day we asked housekeeping for more and they said they couldn’t and to call the front desk. Never had that happen before anywhere we have stayed. The hotel is nice in the lobby area our room was in need of a remodeling and painting. There was visible mold in the bathroom.
