A short walk to downtown restaurants and only a 10-ish minute drive to the beach. We are active, so none of this bothered us. The washer/dryer was removed and should not be reflected in the listing because we were really looking forward to packing light, but we made it work. Sam was very responsive when it seemed that the A/C wasn’t working, but it was just a small matter. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, but everything was great. Lots of spices to choose from, we purchased a spatula (not a big deal), and left coffee behind because there was some there already. Be sure to pack beach towels, or you’ll have to buy some. The apartment is a perfect bachelor pad or place to live w 1 person. Super cozy for a couple on a short stay. It was exactly as advertised. There is a local restaurant row nearby. ##### Paul M.
