Just inside the front door, the main living space is comprised of a living room, dining area and open kitchen, allowing for socializing and connecting at any time of day. The comfortable seating area is furnished with a couch, chairs and TV, with large windows to let in the natural light when you wish. The upscale dining area has a large table that seats six and is surrounded by windows that invite in views of palm trees and blue sky. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and extra seating on barstools at the counter. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a mounted TV. It also has a walk-in closet and a stylish ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 comfortable queen beds and a mounted TV. It also has a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) with a frameless shower. With access to a shared pool and short distance to the beach, this is the perfect home base for your South Florida vacation! This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. The location was ideal for us (around 5 min walk to the beach) and the property was very clean. The separate bathrooms for each room were great for privacy and the open lounge/kitchen space was nice for shared meals. The host was clear in his indications and the communication was fluent. We had a small issue with the water temperature of one of the showers once but it fixed itself on it’s own after 2 days. Also, the parking space doesn’t have a number on it like the instructions indicate. Maybe something to add! Overall great stay, we really enjoyed our time! Thank you!! Our friends checked in before us. They arrive late (in the dark) the door with the unit number on it and key pad was not the door they needed to enter or where the key pad they need to use was located. There was a second door to the left behind the stairs IN THE DARK! Our friends decided to put their luggage under / behind the stairs and get a hotel room when they accidently saw the second door. They were SCARED to say the least. The Hot water only stays Hot for a few minutes and turns to warm and stays there. So if your looking for a hot shower, you better do it in less than 1 minute. I sent an email to management about this, gave them my guests phone number and asked them to call. OUR FRIENDS NEVER received a call! Their instructions about check out was obviously copied from someone else and needs to be seriously updated. For example, they talk about putting the remotes to fans back on the wall holder. However, there was NO fan anywhere in our unit. The second bedroom only has 1 lamp in it and it does not work with the light switch, so good luck if you arrive late when it is dark. As a VRBO host myself, I would never rent in this condition and I always respond / talk to my tenants ASAP when needed. This unit is getting a 3 star only because of the location. ##### Scott K.
