Property management very bad service and unsafe, because I coming in 11.30pm for check in hotel and I received an insult on the phone from the hotel manager, I was very upset and tried to find out the reason for this behavior of the hotel manager and I was not checked into the hotel and I had to sleep in the car it was the worst check in experience!!!

This is very no frills. You get what you pay for. I was fine with everything until checkout which was at 11 this morning. I was literally going the bathroom at 10.58 when the general manager called me and told me I needed to check out. I told her I was going the bathroom and she proceeded to tell me I was talking over her. She should be suspended or fired for treating a customer so rudely. Richard's lost my business because of her attitude and behavior with two minutes remaining on my stay!

There was a worm in the bed, a lizard was in the room jumping around in the closet while I was eating! They made me pack all my stuff and get to another group, I wanted a refund but no one replied back.

I did not the the bed bug exterminator parked outside or the list of charges for the room... my goodness $50.00 per stain and $50 garbage overflowing the trash and$60 got a stain on the comforter. That is rediculous and it looks like a motel you can rent it by the hour. I found somewhere else to stay. Was not cheap.

Family Hotels No More! Misleading & Judgemental!
When a family hotel business who has been around long mostly by housing street drifters, foreign tourist, night workers, low income groups, and overnight locals. When they start managing with bad intentions, rudeness, stereotypes, and judgemental and they start using missleading practices to earn more business. I believe thats when any long legacy or old family business goes down the drain!!!! You stop forgetting that the canadian who is paying for a weekly stay today is replaced by the local who paid for a few weeks months later. When foreign business is slow and typical income is down, is the local drifter and overnight local you now judge and treat bad who pays for 1 or 2 nights and keeps your lights on!!! So, when you have one set of policies online on your website, other policies on booking platforms like Expedia/Hotels.com, and another discretionary set of policies from your own staff on the phone. Than you use these at your convenience and in a discriminatory and misleading manner. Is a terrible way to do business and im sure is not the way that allowed your properties to be around so long.

Property was not secured. No towels provided for pool. No dish soap provided to wash dishes and utensils provided. Our hotel room door should have been metal did not close properly. You could see daylight all around it.
