Very poor customer service. We had to wait hours to get towels and to have our door fixed. 75$ US for a tent and chairs on the beach! Ridiculous! It's not mentionned when you book your holiday. No signs to inform people they will have to pay for an umbrella (45 $ US) or chairs on the beach. Drinks very expensive compared to drinks next door (mojito 8$ US next door and 17,50$ US at Residence Inn). The prices at the bar not always clear. Staff not always very helpfull. Toilet doesn't work properly. Poor housekeeping with employees who can't speak English and told you they will bring you what you need, but they don't so you have to phone the reception a few times before you finally get what you need and it can take a few hours. Or you could have to wait the next day as it happened when the door broke...

We are so sorry thay you were dissapointed with your service. We do not charge a resort fee so all beach items are only avalable as a la cart purchase. We do hope that you would consitter us again in the future.

Beach is beatiful but not anough service near. Valet is expensive. You must have a car in this area because not anough activities (restaurant, grocery, shopping) only beach...

Thank you for staying with us, we also have the Pompano Beach circuit which is a complamentary shuttle to the area around the hotel which includes the Pompano Peir and access to the Publix grocery store. We hope that we will see you again soon!

Parfait en tout point
Superbe hôtel à 2 pas de la mer. Chambre de belle superficie et superbe vue sur la mer avec une chambre au 10 eme étage . Bonne literie. Cuisine toute équipée et le gros plus... la chambre dispose d'un lave linge et d'un sèche linge. Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Excellent petit déjeuner mais salle un peu petite. Voituriers très attentifs et réactifs. En résumé, un excellent séjour, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir, à recommander+++

Its a very average property. They only plus its the beach. The rooms are old. My room said beach view on the 2 floor and just have rhe palm rree. I couldn't see anything. Very very average hotel. We are not coming back.

The staff at the hotel are very professional and friendly. I enjoyed the access to the beach cabana s and the marvelous service! Had the most delicious blackened Mahi sandwich for lunch and endless TLC by the staff. I’ll definitely be back for a third time.

I like the Ocean View, breakfast was great, kitchenette was very convenient, valet parking is fast only 34.00 daily. Didn't like the lobby becaose is not lobby at all, the food in the only small restaurant very mediocre, the front desk crew not experienced but friendly, the rooms need updates, I had tu use my own perfume because the blanket o conforter smell dirty real disgusting, not place to go around, walking, the worst fried calamari that I have eat. I like this place even with all thoses negative things because is familiar and not full with fancy people. Of course I will continue visiting.

Staff was friendly n helpful. Except for one night an elderly lady was on she was not friendly at all didn’t spoke when we greeted her. Other than that it was great. Would stay again.

Great family friendly hotel with easy access to the beach. The room was spacious and clean, staff was very attentive and friendly. Heated pool was also clean and towels were provided. There are beach toys for the kids to play with. Breakfast was good. Overall, it is a great vacation spot.

This property was a slice of paradise without leaving the USA, it was spotlessly clean and pristine location right on the beach. They accommodated our early check in. King sized suite was huge, with kitchen area and partial view of the ocean. Food was excellent at the restaurant and the tropical cocktail’s delicious. 10/10 we will definitely come back

4.99/10. Room was perfect, staff was accommodating, location is perfect. Only complaint is they allow daily resort passes at the pool. Pass holders on 2 of the days took over the pool and had no chairs for hotel guests. Other than that it was great experience. Will be back
